   For Study,
   Reno is a run-down resort and gambling city in Nevada that lives in the shadow of Las Vegas. A good example of the idiom second rate.

   BTW, it’s my understanding that if you play Keno in Reno you might as well be dead, so chicken #1 probably didn’t even commit a crime.
