   Tech support has a beak?

   Beaks are:
   1) on the head
   2) used for pecking.

   This supports my long-held theory that tech support is populated by a bunch of pecker-heads

   Oh my….I’m a manager for a cell phone company, and I work in a call center….if people only realized how true this is!!!!!

    that’s because most that don’t have a website attached to them are really written by doug himself.
