I didn’t get to say it the other day, but HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! I’ve been reading your comic and posting them around the office for the last three years as subtle commentary. :) And this year, I gave everyone in my department Savage Chickens mugs. SC is my “Dilbert.” Thanks!

This is a very sad cartoon! Maybe I’m reading something other than what was intended, but isn’t it a realistic view? We have to say goodbye to our environment?

Doug you very accurately summed up the drama in which I have been unfortunately embroiled recently. My hat off to you sir, for another excellent comic. (And happy 3 years!)

When I first moved to Norway, I was pleasantly amused to discover a sign advertising the services of a “Trehogger”.
The sign helpfully included a picture of the honest worker in question, from which - thanks to the axe over his shoulder - it could clearly be inferred that “Tree hacker” would probably be a reasonable translation, despite the superficial initial resemblance to tree-hugger.
