   haha Great! Thanks Doug.

   That actually looks safer than most dodgy piercing places you see around Texas.

   They typically mix them with completely unrelated merchandise:

   “Jerry’s Deli and Piercings”

   or

   “Goober’s Bar and Tatoo Parlor (We do Piercings and Haircuts!)”

   My own mother celebrated National Piercing day with a C-Section. I was the result.

   Stop it, Doug! You’re gonna give the kids ideas! They already are putting giant holes in the lobes, they don’t need actual knives…sheesh!

   Did anyone notice that chickens don’t have ears….best marketing trick ever…..

   chickens have lobeless ears,
   which are easily confused with
   having a hole in their head;
   piercing their ears with knives
   is a scary, scary thought.

   I certainly hope that no chickens were harmed in the making of this comic!

   Now with regard to possums … (sorry, I really don’t like possums! Not that I remember ever seeing one in a chicken cartoon)
