I know we can always tell the Evil Twin by their beard, but that’s in the case of clean-shaven males.
Since Magnum had a moustache, wouldn’t his Evil Twin be completely clean-shaven?

To clarify in case of confusion:
Evil twins have goatees because Spock in Star Trek once had an “evil twin” and the ET had a goatee.
You do not have to be clean-shaven to have an evil twin with a goatee. You are permitted to have a mustache and/or sideburns.
In the case of Savage Chickens, you can tell that someone is evil by the eyebrows, regardless of whether he has a goatee.
Red Sox rock, don’t be hating on our Idiots’s (does anyone call them that anymore) facial hair, and evil twins root for the Yankees but only if the good twin roots for the Red Sox.

I resent that the Evil twin has a soul patch (that’s not goatee)! I agree it would be much more evil if he was clean shaven. A soul patch would make him the cool twin and Magnum the evil one… which I think may be the case.
Actually, the evil guy is the one with eyebrows, as 11 pointed out.
I’m pretty sure there was an Episode of Knight Rider too, where the Hoff had an evil twin sporting a soul patch. He locked them up so Michael had to make a MacGuyver-esque Escape.
