Holy crap, LOL. I live in Montreal and can vouch for the authenticity of this, having once been passed on the right by someone driving on the sidewalk IN A SCHOOL ZONE. Fortunately no chickadees were hit. Visitors to Quebec, be afraid…be very afraid.

ha! that is brilliant! you need to come visit the maritimes where you can get run over by tourists because every local stops their car dead to let EVERY pedestrian jaywalk – which of course is unknown to the tourists, and so local pedestrians assume local drivers – thus the running over begins
