Can someone give me some background info on this one? I’m in Germany and this doesn’t relate to anything we do here in the christmas time…
Although I love the look of the popcorn stringed tree 🙂
Just a related question… shouldn’t Christmas trees be undead? They’re at least hurt, dying etc, since most people cut them…
We managed to re-plant one, though.
Ciao!
hahaha, nice
Mmm… popcorn! Hard to not eat more than you manage to string…
Popcorn string doesn’t go up to the top? Only one candy cane? Looks like someone was a bit hungry while they were decorating? I’m thinking bubble lights would have been retro too. But then again, you can’t eat those.

In america people buy trees for Christmas, hence the name Christmas Tree, and we decorate them with shiny things and other fun stuff. Different people will decorate their trees in different ways.
I hope I could help 🙂 and nice comic Doug!
mmmm…. popcorn.
i wonder how would it be with mushroom strings
*-*
I put disco balls on my tree is that retro?
Well it wasn’t retro until I hung the bell…bottoms.
No one understands trees as you do all mighty Doug !
Germans have Christmas trees, too. I think the question is about the popcorn strings and where they come from. 🙂
I guess thats just a random tradition 😛 Probably a hungry family who want a little snack Christmas day lol
