Can anyone explain to me why they aren't just going to eat what I'm assumming are worms?

Are these chickens evolved beyond pecking at the ground in search of food now?
Or is young love just so digusting that they lost their appitite!

Awwww...I think Young Love is wonderful; and, like a good education, is often wasted on the young. You learn what "good" is when you've lived a little.

I would just like to respond by saying that I think there is more to this than just disgust towards worms and young love. Most of you may be aware of this, but a Chicken is a bird. Not only is it a bird, but like most birds (not all) it has a crop to help it digest the food it swallows whole before it reaches the stomach. Birds with crops regurgitate their partially digested food to feed their young.

That being said, I interpreted the conversation between the chickens to mean that the worms were making them want to eat them, hence the hurling. I may be wrong, but this will remain my opinion until proven otherwise. It definitely makes it a bit funnier to me as well.
