I love tofu with a fresh,
positive attitude.
What's delicious is a little Timmy Tofu cooked in coconut milk and some red curry paste, then sprinkled with diced red pepper, basil leaves, and ground roasted peanuts.
I'm pretty sure "Fergalicious" refers to the yummy host of the Late, Late Show, TV's Craig Ferguson!
