Do you have kids Doug? It doesn't seem like you do...see, you can actually get away with this stuff for a little while (3-4 years old), before they start to understand you're being sarcastic when you say "Oh a BROWN sun, how very modern and non-representational! Is it a comment about global warming?"
You have got to love the "lolly pop" tree, too. My art teacher in high school warned us about those. The artwork is missing the "M" bird flying out of the tree.
If Kevin puts this picture on his fridge, and then takes a picture of it, then he'd have a picture of a picture on a fridge pictured on his fridge in a picture.

Children don't know the word subtlety.
They think critics are strange.

I love this one. Brought me back to my art school days! I'm hanging this one on my fridge.
If the critic chicken is complaining about the picture, why would he hang it on his refrigerator?

Ow! My head hurts.
Ha,
Sounds like my overly critical mother.
Cue endless years of therapy.
Go to hell critic chicken!
