This was one of my former bosses. I left that job with a formal diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Honestly, bosses have effectively outsourced this to AI, even though the bosses don’t know it. Using AI actively in the workplace is like constantly training a new hire who vacillates between high school intern and glimpses of graduating soon. You’re left redoing all their work all the time because you never quite know which step they’ve skipped, and they take no ownership of their mistakes and are missing when something breaks. Worst kind of coworker.
