Hmmm. They haven't learned that lesson in that office. Oh wait, yes they did. That's how I ended up reporting to a Director who has never managed people before instead of the COO I was reporting to.

I like to delegate someone to delegate someone to delegate someone else. That way when something goes wrong it takes them at least a month to figure out who's to blame and then another few weeks to realize I don't even work there.

Nothing has really changed, except no one can work out how to top up the coffee machine...
