Thanks to everybody who entered this year’s Halloween contest! There were hundreds of entries and lots of common themes, including red-eye flights, airline meals, and lots of brain puns!
But I had to pick a few favorites, so here they are!
This year’s winners of a set of three Laser Moose books…
If you’re just going to say that every cloud looks like brains, I’m going to stop playing this game with you. – by Beth C.
Nice to see you breaking away from that “Walking” stereotype. – by John P.
I think my fear of flying just got replaced. – by Clawdia
Congratulations to the winners! I’ll be in touch soon to get your address information. Thanks to everybody who participated! Happy Halloween!
My new book, Laser Moose and Rabbit Boy: Time Trout, is now available in stores!
I started work on this book over a year ago, so it’s really exciting to see everybody finally getting a chance to read it now!
And really, I’ve been planning this particular book since the beginning of Laser Moose and Rabbit Boy. Because I knew I wanted to do a book about time travel eventually, I planted little seeds of this story into the first and second Laser Moose and Rabbit Boy books – including cameo appearances by Trout himself.
To watch the trailer and read a couple of excerpts from the book, check out www.lasermooseandrabbitboy.com. And there are links to a bunch of different booksellers on that page too.
And if you have any questions about the book, give me a shout or throw your question into the comments here.
In this one, Laser Moose and Rabbit Boy have to deal with a pesky time-traveling fish. And, as you can see, Aquabear returns for more mutant fish-bear shenanigans. The book is full color and 144 pages and is meant for ages 6 and up. Let me know if you have any questions about the book and I’ll do my best to provide spoiler-free answers 🙂
Can’t wait for you all to see it!
Thanks to all who entered this year’s Halloween contest! There were hundreds of entries and lots of common themes, including cat-litter cauldrons, gluten-free cooking, and various disgusting soup ingredients.
I managed to pick a few favorites, so here are this year’s winners of a signed pair of Laser Moose books…
Does this need more Gretel? – by Rich S.
It’s a recipe from my new cookbook: “Soul Soup for the Chicken” – by Rubén
It’s 100% Vegans. – by Ceiba Designs
Congratulations to the winners! I’ll be in touch soon to get your address information. And thanks to everybody who participated! Happy Halloween!
