Superb!
indeed
Poor chicken.. all his hard work down the drain because he used the wrong word to summarize it.
Kind of like using the wrong female name to address your girlfriend…
Science Fairs would be a lot more fun if combined with Ren Fairs.
I’m sure the study is being conducted somewhere in the Cri-mea.
As usual, it’s so funny! I can see how someone who hadn’t really done their research might do that. Brilliant!
AWWW, poor chicken!! NOT FAIR! Couldn’t it have at least gotten a C for effort?
Sadly, I had a teacher that was just about as bad. She’d put a zero on your paper and tell you there was a hurricane in the Gulf!
Clever
having just completed my “LAST” science fair project, i can completely relate to the crying chicken. i don’t know why these things are so painful.
Awww! I would have a least given him a C for all the work that was done. Poor, sad chicken!
I like seeing the chicken’s feet!
i would love it if you made the chicken into a stuffed animal! i, obviously would purchase one for everyone i know. 🙂
Poor chicken! This kind of emotionally scarring could lead to a future career as a web cartoonist.
OMG! Suddenly it all makes sense – this is the reason that chicken grew up to be all bitter and twisted as per all the other cartoons. Now if only we could find out why Timmy turned out the way he did too…
I like the look on his face. It’s as if he hasn’t gotten over the shock of failure yet. Poor chicken, I can relate.
hey, this cartoon may have set a record for inspiring the comment “poor chicken”
Brilliant, Doug!
Another of my ALL-TIME favorites!
Hey Ada, the chicken is a hen not a rooster. This makes HIM a HER. None the less, your comment is spot on.
Awww… Poor chicken. I can totally relate!
