Bill You Murray Me? Art ShowI’m participating in tonight’s Bill You Murray Me? exhibit at the FALL gallery in Vancouver. It’s a tribute show featuring Bill Murray-related art from dozens of local artists. Looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun – and a bunch of the artwork will be for sale, including my contribution.

Stop by if you’re in Vancouver tonight! The show is on Saturday, February 18 from 7 – 12 at the FALL gallery, 644 Seymour St.

UPDATE: Show held over until March 7, 2012!

SDCC 2012San Diego Comic-Con International has announced their first 30 special guests for 2012 and I’m one of them! Woohoo! It’s a great honour to be invited and I’m incredibly excited about it – and I hope to meet a bunch of you there! The comic-con runs from July 12 to 15, and I’ll be doing a spotlight session and an autograph signing and probably some other stuff too — I’ll be sure to let you know more details as we get closer to the comic-con. But for now, go check out the guest list!

Creating the Work You WantNext Tuesday, October 25, from 12 PM to 1 PM, I’ll be a guest speaker at a UBC Continuing Studies lunch-hour session called “Creating the Work You Want”. If you live in Vancouver, BC, and you’re thinking about pursuing a more creative career, then go sign up for the session! It’s an educational session about exploring your creativity and finding work that is more meaningful, and I’ll be talking about how I ended up becoming a cartoonist.
