110% never made sense to me.
I took it for an absolute number.
How could 110% of anything exist?
Then a chicken, of all things,
set me straight, and on a
monday morning. Hoot.
110% of nothing is nothing.
110% of half is 55%.
110% of 100% is bragging.

Either this hits too close to home for your readers Doug, or you must be at work giving 110% and thus have no time to post them. A sad state of affairs regardless. Monday Mourning indeed.

PROD didn’t define what the 110% should be of. Bad mistake, even worse cause he’s a robot. But he’s not like the average robot anyway.
Smart chicken. I’m gonna use that for sure–but what’s 110% of nothing? I came up with 11 but I may have carried the one when I should have subtracted it, or … oh, I dunno. Man, did I mention how smart that chicken is?

Doug, have you been watching the British version of the Apprentice this year??? The contestants in this season are notorious for sprouting nonsense about how they gave 110% or 150% to everything they do!!
