The remedy for bad television isn’t getting rid of television… it’s being more discerning in yer viewing habits. There actually are quality programs on t.v.
True, but getting rid of TV is not wrong either… personally I am trying to replace all my TV watching with reading and activities in which I actually accomplish something…
My criteria for watching TV shows is watching shows where I’m entertained or I learn something useful. There are shows that I used to watch like home remodel shows, but I never went out and started to remodel my house, therefore I stopped watching them (or try to lessen anyway.) Entertaining shows that do absolutely nothing but feed me brain-candy, I have to remember to “eat” sparingly.
Some days I’d like to see this warning before the evening news.

Piranha 2
Abominable Snowman
Sounds like most T.V.

I watch mostly cartoons SouthPark, AdultSwim, FoxSundayNight, Archer, Futurama, Ugly Americans I feel fooly insulated from such insultation.
