I like the nail through the board approach in the illustration. Forget extravagant bonuses, just stand over your managers with a board with a nail running through it, and watch them perform above and beyond the call of duty. (lol just kidding)
It’s like you are looking in on my old company….Also the perks and bonus only go to you if you are a man…Ahh such progress we have made!
The reason this happens? Because these people are SALES people. They know how to make a good impression on the clients and on the boss.
It demotivates the hell out of the producing people though.
