I’m still holding for tech support call I made in 98… I’ve since bought replacements for what I originally called for and those need tech support from a different company. But I keep on the line so I can complain.

I was on hold so long with the pharmacy the other day for a refill, that I stayed on the line and called with my cell phone, too. They answered the cell phone first. Gawd.
