Of course, with CGI, all a stunt double would need to do is yell “Augh!” (scream doubles, perhaps?)
The pain associated with those two things is also computer generated.
And don’t forget:

These days it tends to be mostly magical fire through metaphoric CGI windows… in space!
where’s the romance?
I love that the chicken in the CGI scene lost the exclamation point in his dialogue. It is so true that when you’re not really on fire, you loose that sense of urgency in your voice.
What about crashing through firey windows?
Heh and I was just watching Blade Runner in all its window-crashy and windshield-smashy goodness. So true.
I love the sound of glass breaking in the morning.
CGI, meh, not as much as I’d hoped.
Mmmm! Now I want some fried chicken.
