This is going right on my cubicle wall…next to my poster about “The One Habit of Super Successful Procrastinators”.
I guess moaning would make them a less effective zombie?

My breakfast this morning looked vaguely brain-like. But I suspect that apple fritters are much more tasty than brains.
Mmm… brains.
dr.lecter’s last words in hannibal/silence of lambs, were: ‘in life is better to experiment news things’so he invited the kid nearby, while sitting in an airplane, to taste some…
anyway, I don’t think is related with the cartoon’s insight, this is what came across my mind when I first saw it.
I laughed my butt off, Doug! I will never again look at Covey without thinking of zombies… ever.
If you are what you eat, does that make him a brainiac?
I swear on a stack of brains that just this morning, a friend of mine spoke separately of both zombies & Covey. I wonder if he’s reading your cartoons behind my back?! (Perhaps I’ve been reading too many of your paranoia cartoons.)
This is quite fun. I’m a zombie survival fanatic and Covey ‘fan’. btw.
7 habits of effective zombie survivors
1. Be proactive
Choose not to be munched
2. Begin with the end in mind
This should be ultimately survival, rebuilding of society and purging of the zombies.
3. Put first things first
Some things like the zombie standing in front of you are more important than other things, as a Quadrant 1 activity. Building traps and gaining expertise are Quadrant 2 and equally important, but not urgent.
Other things that belong to quadrant 3 and 4 are not important and should be neglected.
4. Think WIN WIN
With other survivors, think WIN WIN. If you can offer shelter, he can offen manpower, so you can both survive. With Zombies, think Win-Decapicate.
5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood.
First understand what the other survior needs (medicaments, a bullet for suicide…) and thinks, then go on telling what you need and think.
6. Synergize to archieve more.
Work together to effectively gather supplies, purge areas and complete other essential tasks more effectively.
7. Sharpen the Machete
First, machetes are highly effective for decapication of zombies, second, keep things and habits in working order.
