Wow – I totally love that Hitler onna Dinosaur. Brilliant.

It would have been great though if the Dino had trampled him… could we go back a tiny little bit, please? ๐Ÿ™‚

Particularly funny is Hitler riding a dinosaur.

  9. Lisa says:

I love it! Very clever. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m curious, though…shouldn’t the third panel have been dated “Feb 6, 2027”? Isn’t the 9th a wee bit too late? I haven’t had my coffee yet this morning, so my apologies if I am in error. ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. Lisa says:

Ah, nevermind! Figured it out. I need to have my coffee *before* commenting. ๐Ÿ™‚

  11. muodov says:

    Thumbs up! ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Amy says:

Great cartoon (as always). Was it in honor of Jules Verne’s birthday? Yesterday was also my birthday, glad to know in the future it will go down as the day we totally screw up history!

  13. Mark says:

Hitler has a dinosaur AND a lightsaber! That’s pure awesomeness!

  14. pera says:

    on first read:

  15. Debs says:

Love the cartoon but I’m a little worried – How does the chicken who’s gone back in time get back again if he can’t time travel any more? There’d be two of him on February 7th!!

  16. WhiteRaven says:

    hmm. I sense a paradox.

  17. martin dufresne says:

If we totally screwed history, we wouldn’t be around to correct things on Feb. 9… or screw them up on Feb. 8… (LOGIC SYSTEM FAILURE… GAAAACK!!!)

  18. Tony Bond says:

Nice to know we all get past 2012…

This sounds like a job for The Doctor.

Time Travel = Hitler with a light saber riding a T-Rex

    Conceptually: Hysterical
In reality: Possibly the scariest conclusion in the world…ever

  22. Chris says:

Both very funny and sound science. I suspect that Doug Savage has read Isaac Asimov’s The End of Eternity, which asks whether it is possible to invent time travel and avoid screwing up history.

  23. Dee says:

    HAHAHAHAHAHA!

  24. Marisela says:

Hitler on T-Rex terrorizing San Francisco! And I thought the next big earthquake was the worst that could happen.

  25. Niri Tacen says:

This is pretty much how I will have been killed.

  26. Ian says:

Temporal paradox gives way to the rule of funny.

  27. Mark says:

    The Mayans already predicted this…

  28. willwot says:

I hope that shot chicken gets this message in time. Duck!

    Quack Quack!!

  29. Dan says:

LOL You’ve just captured in seconds what I’ve been saying for years to people who idolize time travel.

  30. kristina says:

I love it. My brain hurts now. Thank you… ๐Ÿ˜‰

  31. Aud says:

I’m not going to think about anything here to avoid brain damage. Lightsaber & T-Rex; didn’t see that coming. This is too awesome.
