So true!! My cat loves playing with the laser pointer, but sometimes “play” involves staring intently at the dot and not doing anything about it!
That could be my kitty, except in the last frame she would be curled up taking a nap.

Looks like psychological warfare to me
Our cat would whine when we used the lazer pointer. It was torture for him. We gave it to a friend, for his cat.
It seems to mee that cats practise the Einstein theory of insanity. . . doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.
