If my coworkers have gas, I’ll vouch for them to stay home.
Had a friend call in with an eye infection. Told them “I can’t see coming in”. Union employee so he got away with it. lol.
How is “I hate you” an unreasonable excuse? I use it every day!
I’ve used pretty much all of those excuses and more, except “I hate you” – although secretly that was the motivator for all the others…
I once knew a man that got a whole town sick so he could take a sick day. I am still unsure how he did it but the town couldn’t drink water for a week.
Probably something to do with gas, sleeping apendages, extensively bleeding cuticles, and hatred; but for a whole town. Seemed a bit like God, Sodem, and Gomorrah; except of course everyone lived.
I thought the third panel saud, “Extensive cubicle damage” – that would work, wouldn’t it?
