Yes it’s true – I rarely manipulate the cartoons digitally – but this time I did, because I wanted the images to be (almost) exactly the same. I didn’t want anybody seeing any differences that weren’t meant to be there! 🙂

You all have it wrong. The spider is actually not part of the upper picture, he is a real spider. He just happens to have a black body the same size as the black spot he is sitting on.
The real 8 differences are that every eigth portion of the lower picture is further away from the top of the page than the upper picture.
I just glanced at the title, recognizing it as a “spot the differences” puzzle. Took me a while to notice the title asks us to find a very specific number of changes. Lesson: reading is important!

This is so smart! I never got it until I realized that spiders have EIGHT legs.
You can quickly solve almost any differences picture by crossing your eyes a little until the pictures overlap. I came up with that myself.
