Did anyone else read this in a Law and Order voice?
I am not from america but i don’t understand why this shower/toilet thing happens.can someone explain to me?
It does seem to be a largely North American problem, and only in crappy old buildings like mine! 🙂 I think it has something to do with sharing a water heater.
Wow you were even lurking around in my youth, this was so much my house back in the 70’s. Usually followed by expletive deletives about what had just happened.
On new construction if done properly there is a regulator valve that is on the water valves this should keep someone from getting scaulded or ice cubed. I am sure that a plumber with a lot of experience and give you the full in and outs of proper water regulation but as been pointed out in this cartoon comes at a pretty hefty price and plumber’s crack )|(
That damn chicken. 🙁
Beware of taking a shower in the Bates Motel
There are two types of apartment. Ones that have awful plumbing where the shower is affected by the toilet, and ones that don’t suck. Seriously, why do people put up with that crap?
