This superhero turtle is easily quashed by an archenemy who turns the turtle on his back, whereupon he can’t right himself again, allowing the archenemy to do lots of evil things without anyone to interfere! :-O

With an overwhelming desire to aide anyone in distress, and the underlying problem of always getting there to late. Captain Turtle is his own archenemy.

I know tortoises are the super slow ones… I’m going with the pop-culture notion of a turtle instead of a real-life speed-demon turtle 😉
