How cruel!
1 Lincoln Center Plaza #2
New York, NY
Enter from Broadway, between 62nd & 63rd
Using the Subway, take any of the A,B,C or D lines to Columbus Circle, walk 3 blocks NW on Broadway. By bus, take the M5, M7 or M104 to 62nd street. By car, I recommend finding a parking space in advance, related sites can be found on the Internet. Coming from Philadelphia or further south, I would park in Metuchen and take the train in from there to Penn Station, then take the A or C line north to Columbus Circle. By plane, the nearest airports are Laguardia, NFK and Newark. Newark has a regular train to Manhattan, named the “AirTrain”. It will take you to Penn Station. At that point, you can take the A or C to Columbus Circle. You can also get to NYC by Amtrack or a variety of inter-city bus lines. Th Amtrack trains will most likely take you to Penn Station. Busses may take you as far as the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From the Port Authority Bus Terminal, walk to 42nd street, where you can take the A or C line to Columbus Circle. By cruise ship, you will likely by docking at one of the various points on the west side of Manhattan. You may not be near the A or C line. If that is the case, take the 1 line to Penn Station. Then switch to the A or C line, headed north to Columbus Circle.
Actually, that’s just one potential Sesame Street – here are some other possibilities! 🙂
