Snowman
Today’s comic is made from a single pad of sticky notes: crumpled up, drawn on, cut, and folded into what you see here.
Hope you’re all having a great holiday! I’m taking my customary Christmas vacation, but I’ll be back with new comics starting on New Years Day. In the meantime, you can catch up on Christmas comics of yesteryear – and I’ll be continuing to post classic Savage Chickens comics over on GoComics. See you in 2015!

Merry Christmas! And thank you for some awesome laughs in 2014!
Happy Holidays Doug!
I like making origami snowballs; I feel artistic when I make them just right.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL
A well-earned vacation. Thanks for all the belly laughs and the “I gotta share this!” moments. 😀
Merry Christmas!
(Sorry I can’t resist)
“Do you want to fold a snowman? Or Macramé down the hall??”
Aww, no new comic strips. THat’s OK. 🙂 Merry Christmas / 🙂 Birthday Jesus, Holidays, and New Year (see you in 2015)!
I was wondering: are there any discerning features on Little Chicken to differentiate him from the regular Chickens? I can usually tell it’s him based on his proximity to his surroundings, but this time around, I actually thought that was just a regular Chicken until I saw the tags.
Anyways, I love your work! Have a great holiday! =D
smaller plumage? smaller tail feathers? look of wonder seems his perpetual MO, even when upset.
Usually, I draw Little Chicken shorter and with a smaller comb, but that doesn’t really help here, because I covered up the comb with a toque in the final version.
Great to hear you’re enjoying the comics, Cassie! 🙂
Enjoy a relaxing vacation. Thanks for a year of great cartoons!
Thanks for all the holiday wishes everybody! Happy New Year! 😀
