Anytime you get to thinking “any idiot could do this job”, hire an idiot and let them have at it. You’ll quickly change your tune after they end up costing you a small fortune.
Or as my employer says Friday at 5 pm with a big smile on her face, “You don’t gotta go home, but ya can’t stay here!” Then she’d boot us all out and lock the doors. Family, gotta love ’em.
