Drivers like that are scary to ride with.
Reminds me of that bright spark who believed he could conduct his own defense without a lawyer to save his license. So he told the judge that he wasn’t drunk, just an epileptic, and so he had no responsibility whatsoever for his driving style when he was caught. He succeeded insofar as his fine was revoked, but, as epilepsy in incurable and an exclusion criterion for driving, he lost his license and wasn’t allowed to get another one for lifetime.
