Probably not going to happen
Once I had a printer that needed 13.5 V but the power supply was broken. What I had was a 12 V power adapter and lots of resistors.
I got the printer working again by soldering in one additional resistor – and I needed algebra to calculate which one.
How? Input voltage is less than output?
