Acutally older workers work harder than the 20’s.
How so? I used to work many OT hours like every single days for a month and up to 82.5 hours per week during crunch times in my 20s.
This is why my dad is going to retire prematurely
I’ve got to have the optimism and dedication of a 20 year old, with the experience and efficiency of a 40 year old.
