What is the difference between a yam and a sweet potato?
None of those swaps sound too bad, honestly. In reality, these people are more like “Hmmm, no red pepper, I’ll use salami instead. No sweet potato? I’ll use bacon. (etc) Ugh! Why is this so fatty? This recipe is terrible!”
