I don’t think things have changed much for tiny mammals. If you’re the size of a mouse, something the size of a house is probably not going to notice you, let alone actively hunt you.
(Someone is going to bring up aardvarks eating ants and termites and baleen whales eating krill, but mouse-sized mammals don’t congregate so something like a therizinosaur could devour a dozen in a gulp.)
I love that you managed to get a chicken displaying the chin-strap-mask situation.
I could never have figured out how to make that work, yet here it is, you have made it look easy.
