So much stuff and so many memories, but this metronome is one of my favourite things. Its tick-tick-tick sound takes me back.

Thanks for sharing – I can see in my mind’s eye your mother using the pushpin to fix the metronome.
We are approaching a parental passing of our own. My step-father was diagnosed with dimentia this week, confirming what we were seeing in addition to his increasing frailty.
