According to Dante’s Inferno, part of Hell is frozen, so I think that is where they put the arsonists.
Many of the punishments imagined for Hell do indeed involve the sinner getting more of the object of their sin and finding out that you can have too much of a “good” thing. Like Homer Simpson getting to eat all of the donuts in the world (that one backfired, though).
