Too many companies these days seem to be shooting for the mid-point between “rocking in corner” and “constant screaming”.
Too true!
Missing is the management-employee gap on the chart, fixed at 76% of the level of terror: when management has general unease, employees shall be rocking in a corner. If mgmt moves right, so do the employees.
