Beaks are:
1) on the head
2) used for pecking.
This supports my long-held theory that tech support is populated by a bunch of pecker-heads

Oh my....I'm a manager for a cell phone company, and I work in a call center....if people only realized how true this is!!!!!
That is a complete and utter fabrication!!! We put you on mute, set up a tape recorder and go play some Full-Contact D&D in the break room.
