That actually looks safer than most dodgy piercing places you see around Texas.

They typically mix them with completely unrelated merchandise:

"Jerry's Deli and Piercings"

or

"Goober's Bar and Tatoo Parlor (We do Piercings and Haircuts!)"

My own mother celebrated National Piercing day with a C-Section. I was the result.
