THANK YOU!
yes, the non-event puts me in a funk also.
It’s scary how accurately you captured me and how underwhelmed I am every new year. The chicken in the third panel thats staring out at me, seems more like a mirror than a cartoon.
Ha ha ha ha! Well, sheesh– give it more than just two minutes! For one thing, we never know what the chickens will do in 2008. 🙂
And a cluck-y new year to you!
Thank you for not going on vacation this week like all the other bloggers and cartoonists I read … *I* had to work, and you were the only one who gave me something to read at lunch! 🙂
Nothing changes ‘cept
we get a year older
and none the wiser.
Goodness, you read my mind.
Happy New Year Doug! As a fellow Canuck I enjoy your sense of humour! Keep it up! Hurray for the chickens.
Beautiful. Glad to know I’m not the only person who is unjazzed about New Year’s.
Happy New Year!
EVERYTHING is the same. no change, and I feel no different…
Happy unexciting new year! It’ll be no different then last year!
Hey! I used this cartoon on my blog (with a link to your site below it). Hope you don’t mind! Happy New Year!
