Has he forgotten the most important rule of management? “When the PROD’s away, the chickens will play!” A nursery school lesson that his robotics missed out on? Perhaps our PROD3000 is losing his edge, although he does still have a strong point.
I always wondered… I actually figured it was the Bahamas or something (my boss is the owner).
No wonder the employees all hang out at Buffalo Wild Wings (have you seen the commercial?) Of course, to choose between BW3 and Denny’s … as good as the food is a Denny’s, I’ll have to skip out on management!
I was at Denny’s with my VP once. He was engaging in typical VP behavior…ordering chicken-fried steak and starting fights with the next table. I learned a lot of management skills that day.
