In a good proposal you determine the time needed for the work and then double it so you allow for complaints, procrastination, and so forth.
That is, if you’re efficient. Otherwise, triple it 🙂

I’m not a complainer, but I do budget Savage Chickens reading & comment-typing time into my projects 🙂
