Cabbage Monsters
This cartoon was drawn on three 3″ x 5″ sticky notes to make one big 3″ x 15″ cartoon. It might make more sense (but not too much more) if you’ve seen the TV show “River Monsters”. It’s also a bit of a nod to St. Patrick’s Day, since the prized Gortahork cabbage hails from Ireland.

I wonder what chickes will be doing tomorrow on St. Patrick’s day…
Even though it’s about River Monsters, I caught a hint of Steve Erwin in there.
… and how he puts down his binoculars after saying it’s the biggest brassica he has encountered, LOLOLOL
My chickens could easily take on a cabbage monster!
love the cartoons every day, thanks :o)
And they eat vegetarians as well
I’ve seen bigger. Erin Go Braugh!!!
I can totally see this being a real show.
Love those crazy eyes!
Thanks! This is for my husband the crazy gardener. LOL! Shared.
I’ve always wanted to go gardening with Jerry O’Wade. He can catch anything…except the Gortahork, apparently. Maybe he should try a new kind of net.
(For the record, Jeremy Wade filmed near my house once, and I had no knowledge until the episode aired. I wanted to cry.)
Finally! A serial you can sink your teeth into.
I appreciate the “full-flower” of this chicken-less cartoon, Doug. My wife I love to watch that show, to be alternately amused by his camp, and scared witless by the stuff he actually pulls out of the water…
Jerry O’Wade is a king among men but his failures as a hunter cannot go unpunished.
…Meanwhile on Vegan Discovery Channel…
