I confess when my husband finally proposed (after 6.5 years), I said “You’re kidding.”
Then I said yes.
Apparently there’s a trend amongst young ‘uns to say “I love you” to coworkers. Chicken 2s response is perfectly appropriate in that circumstance!
What would be better responses?
