Best of 2025

It’s time for my annual chicken vacation (I’ll be back with new comics on Monday January 5!) – but before I go, here are the most popular comics of 2025, and ten of my personal favourites. Above is my class photo of all the characters who appeared in more than one Savage Chickens comic this year.
It has been a busy year for me. In the spring, I celebrated the publication of my fifth Laser Moose & Rabbit Boy book, Spidermania, and it’s been wonderful to hear from people who are enjoying it! I also started a Patreon and have enjoyed sharing more behind-the-scenes stuff there, and I set up a new store on Teepublic. Busy busy! It has also been a chaotic year out there in the world. It can be challenging to see the humor in such difficult times, which probably explains absurd comics like my weird theme week about a robot walrus. Here’s hoping for a calmer 2026!
